Elizabeth Chaney has extensive experience in the development of services to fulfill consumer needs, particularly in the context of emerging technologies. At iO Global, she is focused on designing evolutionary experience journeys for iO customers enabled by the iO Mobile Experience platform
Prior to iO, Elizabeth worked with companies as a market strategist focused on discovering, defining and capturing market opportunities available at the intersection of enabling technologies with under- or un-served customer needs. She guides teams to focus on serving rather than targeting prospective consumers by orienting towards what the consumer activities, not transactions.
iO Experience Orchestration services guides companies in the design and expansion of service ecosystems (including content producers, advertisers, event organizers, complementary service providers) to continuously deliver an ever more valuable experience to consumers.

Serves as a critical advisor and participant with the iO management team in the area of advertising innovation for new media.
DAVID TOMLEY
Works as an advisor to the iO management team, focusing particularly on increasing consumer share of experience for significant commercial brands.
David began his career in the mobile services arena, long before mobile phones became the indispensible personal tools they have become today. He has an extensive track record of designing mobile services and ecosystems targeting un- and under-served market opportunities. David often is brought in as part of a management team responsible for re-orienting or re-defining businesses so that they can produce profits and customer value in the mobile arena. The results he has achieved in bringing together strategic partnerships between mobile operators and commercial businesses to derive new mobile services value have been impressive. Most recently, David has been involved in the innovation of smart card technology to serve Y-gen consumers.
